Ancient Oak Cellars is a family owned winery in Santa Rosa, California. With degrees in Plant Biology, Chemistry, and Food Science, research and experimentation have always been at the heart of Greg’s winemaking. His early experiences include time as the research viticulturalist and enologist at Beaulieu Vineyards with the “godfather” of California We are excited to not only have Greg here at Trillium but to also showcase five of their wines paired nicely with five courses from Chef Bradley. Cost per person is $75.00
